Suitable for installation in with top entry or side entry with ultra low leakage damper. Housings guarantee filter system efficiency equal to the efficiency of the individual filters. Laminar Flow Diffuser

Laminar Flow Diffusers have been engineered to provide a uniform vertical projection of supply air at controlled low velocity. The downward projection of supply air combined with low-level exhaust or return air inlets is ideal for clean-room or operating room applications. The laminar flow diffuser introduces clean supply air to the space with minimal entrainment of room air due to its low initial face velocity. Laminar Flow Diffusers located in the ceiling abovethe work area can provide a controlled flow of conditioned supply air with minimal entrainment of residual room air.

Coupled with low-level exhaust inlets, a controlled , low velocity mass movement of air can be maintained. The boundary layer of the air mass is the only place where any appreciable entrainment of residual room air may occur. With the boundary layer remote from the work area, the low velocity controlled mass effectively isolates the work area for many effects or contaminants of the residual room air.

Return Air Riser

More precisely known as Return Air Riser, which are used to collect the return air in a specific manner to maintain a perfect laminar flow. Return air riser are manufactured in the factory as per the design requirement. Return Air Riser, which is leak proof & overall design is smooth so that spores cannot be accumulated. Our range of return air risers are quite aesthetic and it enhances the architectural value of clean rooms. Further, our range will always have features such as corrosion resistance and low maintenance with damper that can be adjusted from within the riser as well as from exterior. These can be exposed or concealed types, made in SS,GI or anodized aluminum & CRCA with filters. And then powder coated for better aesthetic looks.
